This Privacy Policy explains how InAmarillo ("we", "us") handles information when you use inamarillo.com (the "Site"). We aim to collect as little as possible.

- Business listing submissions. When you add or manage a listing, we collect the business details you provide and a private contact (first name, last name, email, and position). The contact details are never shown publicly — we use them only to verify submissions and reach you about your listing.
- Contact messages. If you use our contact form, we keep your name, email (if provided), and message so we can respond.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our host may record standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostics.
We do not require accounts or store passwords. Listing management uses one-time email links instead of passwords.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep forms secure (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party services
Some pages load resources from third parties, whose own privacy policies apply:
- Business logos may be loaded as website icons via Google's favicon service.
- Map and directions links open Google Maps.
- The local weather widget loads current conditions from Open-Meteo.
How we use information
We use the information to operate the directory, verify and publish listings, respond to your messages, and keep the Site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep listing and contact information for as long as the listing is active or as needed to operate the Site. You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete information you've submitted, use our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
